Director

Tej has been in the service industry for 18 years, having been an award winning Hairstylist at Harrods, Neville Daniel [by appointment to the Queen] and training under John Barrett, Clifford Stafford, John Frieda, Naïm and Richard Ward. During this time, he learnt to cater for the demanding needs of some of the world’s most prestigious celebrities from Hollywood to Middle Eastern Royalty to Bollywood.

Later, he moved to the IT industry in the City of London in the midst of the financial and publishing corporations [Lloyds of London Press, Informa Publishing, Goldman Sachs, Barbour Index, Chase Aviation, Pfizer and Autodesk]. Here Tej progressed to project manager and coordinator where demands were great and deadlines paramount.

Throughout his career, he has always had a love for food and drink which led to the move to the Catering and Hospitality sector. He proved himself once again placing bars and restaurants on the map in Time Out magazine, The Good Beer Guide and River & Waterways Pub Guide. Then having met Abraham Benrimoj he trained as a chef which has led to a great partnership between the two catering for dinners, parties and functions.

Tej has always been close to his parents, helping them whenever required with their property and construction business. Hence, now the time has come for him to take over the family business as well as running his day to day projects.
